I'm guessing a scared young driver. You're almost always never charged for hitting a jaywalker. Run and it's a severe penalty. An illegal killed a guy the other day in kenner with a car. The illegal had no license but waited for police. He was not charged in the man's death. Only charged for no license.

total scum to run from that. I imagine that car will have some serious damage. If they know the make and color, it shouldn't take too long to find the vehicle.

A few years back there was a hit and run on the other side of campus, and a body shop ended up turning the kid in when they brought the car in for repairs

Well, I can now say I learned of the death of someone I know via tigerdroppings. I’ve been at Disney the past few days and saw this thread, never clicked it though. Just realized reading this thread that the guy killed was someone I knew and went to school with.
