Sundown town map
I saw this video a few days back and many commenters mentioned Illinois as having a lot. This map backs that up.
Vidor is certainly listed but as a black guy the few times I stopped there I didn't feel uncomfortable.

Idk about calling anything a sundown town per se. But I do know when I used to drive Amazon, there were certain areas and neighborhood I refused to deliver in once it gets too late.
