Get your mind around this guy. (No pics because you already know what he looks like). He was 22 years old at the time of the Five Points murders (4 dead). But he had been shooting people since he was 17.

Best part: He spent 2 years in jail for two counts of Attempted Murder for shooting and wounding two people in a vehicle. The day he plead guilty, he was released on Time Served. Because he was sentenced to 15 years in prison. With 13 suspended. So he walked out of court the same day.
This is a basic timeline of this feral piece of shite. He was responsible for 13% of the murders committed in Birmingham in 2024.

1) Prior to 2019 he was in and out of the juvenile justice system. Those records are sealed but he was "well known to law enforcement".

2) Oct 2019 as a 17 year old, he was allegedly hired to kill his first victims. He fired into a vehicle wounding two people. He was tried as an adult and pled guilty to two counts of Attempted Murder. Incarcerated in 2021 but released in 2023 after spending two years in jail. Judge sentenced him to 15 years in prison but suspended all but 2 years. He walks out of the court room a free man after his guilty plea.

3) July of 2023 only 3 months after being released, McDaniel is paid to kill a Birmingham firefighter. He walks into a fire station and shoots two, killing one. The dead firefighter was set to testify as a witness in another murder where an associate of McDaniel’s was the primary suspect.

4) January 2nd, 2024. Officers found Mia Nickson, 21, lying in the driveway and suffering from a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene. McDaniel is charged with intentional murder in Nickson's death. Motive is unclear.

5) April 9th, 2024. A UPS employee ending his shift is walking to his car in the UPS parking lot when McDaniel shoots him to death. McDaniel is eventually charged with Capital Murder For Hire in the contract killing of Anthony Love, Jr.

6) July 13th, 2024. McDaniel and an accomplice walk into the Trendsetters Lounge and open fire. Four are killed and 10 are wounded. McDaniel is eventually charged with 4 counts of Capital Murder for Hire in this case.

7) August 13th, 2024. A man named Charles Nance pays McDaniel to kill a man named Charlie Herbert Moore. Birmingham police are responding to an apartment complex for the report of a stolen car. When they arrive they hear gunshots from inside an apartment. They confront a man believed to be McDaniel and another man leaving the apartment. They give chase but the suspects escape. They later find Moore dead inside the apartment. McDaniel is charged with Capital Murder (burglary) in the death of Moore. Nance, who is believed to have paid or otherwise enticed McDaniel to kill Moore, is also charged with Capital Murder, along with McDaniel’s accomplice.

8) Sept 19th, 2024. McDaniel walks into the 604 Bar and Lounge and kills 35-year-old Diontranet Tinae Brown. The motive remains unclear if it was a paid hit, a case of random violence, or a case of mistaken identity. McDaniel is charged with Intentional Murder in the case.

9) Sept 21st, 2024 (two days later). The Five Points Hush Lounge case. McDaniel and at least one accomplice are paid to kill one suspect. But they hose down the entire bar with switch Glocks, killing four and wounding 17. The target is believed to be among the dead. McDaniel is charged with 4 counts of Capital Murder.

10) Sept 22nd, 2024 (the next day). Officers respond to a “Shot Spotter” alert. Officers arriving at the scene found 32-year-old Jamarcus McIntyre lying on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Three other bystanders are wounded, and survive. Motive is unclear. McDaniel and four others are charged with Capital Murder and trafficking heroin. One of the other suspects charged with murder in this incident, was the idiot who the murdered firefighter was set to testify against in yet another murder case.

11) October, 2024. Birmingham Police arrest McDaniel and place him into custody. Thus ending his murder spree after 14 months. 14 dead. 30 wounded.

Prison is gonna be hard on this guy.
I’m sure his victims have people or know people who know people on the inside.

That’s Randall Woodfin’s Birmingham. But at least he keeps his business in “the community.”

If you look at what the lineup of Jefferson County circuit judges is now like, you will have some understanding of how animals like this end up back on the street. And guys like this are basically Mayor Randall Woodfin's constituency. The Bham city limits are now worse than New Orleans.

Unbelievable is that Birmingham police couldn't catch up to him. He was a one man mass murder spree and they couldn't put it together. Or they couldn't catch up to him. Fourteen months.

And these are just the murders that they can prove. No telling how many others they know he committed but can't build a case around.

It’s been known for quite a while that these have been contracted gang related killings. Bham has just tried to bury it as much as possible.

I’m not gonna lie, I had to look that up thinking it was an advanced vocab word for a profession I didn’t know about. Nah it was just a creative name.

So he is actually a victim of systemic racism. He should be out soon when the DA tries to even past injustices. Do I have this correct? How was he walking the streets with that many charges? How many times did they have him in custody? Was he out on bail? How?
