Probably more then you or I realize.

A couple of last chance gas station billboards have made me look down and do some mileage figuring. I have stopped at a few just to be sure.

Driving back from Destin, Fl., billboards advertising the old Casino Magic casino had a stay and play for like 59.00. Jumped on that.

Every Alabama resident that’s needed a personal injury lawyer considers Alexander Shunararahrahrsh law firm. Maybe they dismiss the idea but without question his name comes up

Honestly, no.
I have yet to see a billboard and think, hey! I should call that person/company right this second.

I’m more influenced by AM sports radio ads. When my garage door spring snapped, I called the garage door guru to fix it. I honestly don’t think a billboard would have the same effect.

Been saying this forever. I have seen and missed tons of billboards, ads on TV, whatever. Never have I said “i will try it”. Just like insurance companies (progressive and geico especially), that spend large $ on those commercials, how able cut out the millions in ads and lower insurance premium for your customers, which is what people do when they shop insurance (not who has the best commercial, but who is cheapest).

Signs on the interstate proclaiming that there’s a Loves travel stop containing an Arby’s 3 exits away are basically the dude that stands at airport jetways with orange wands that direct the planes to me.

You have never been traveling on the interstate and need gas or a bite to eat and saw a sign...

I have one in AL with my headshot and pics of my agents.
We don’t have our number or website on it. Just our brand. And we use it for that, branding.
1.5 year contract ends next month, and we are paying $500/month. I’m not renewing it, but it’s done it’s job I believe. Compliments on it daily.

Billboards...has there EVER been a time that one has influenced you to use that business?

When ready to get off the freeway for snacks/bathroom on road trips, I’ve delayed my stop after seeing a Buckee’s sign a few miles further.
