All of this because her husband Scott didn’t know how to use incognito mode.

He should just order a VPN behind her back.

Turns out Republicans love them some big government, too. Especially do-nothing La repubs.

It may be a big societal issue, I don't disagree with that. But it's one that requires better parenting rather than government intervention. Especially when VPNs exist, and many of these sites are based outside of the country so there's not shite Louisiana can do to make those sites comply with their dumb ID law. Trying to enforce a bill like this is just stupid and wasteful of resources better spent elsewhere.

Asking for the government to step in to be your child's parents will never be a good idea.

Legislators again address something that isn't an actual societal issue instead of dealing with the real issues? Shocker. And folks just keep voting them in.

Welcome to the decades long era of those convincing us that these culture wars should be fought at every turn.

Most of our public schools are terrible, the roads suck, traffic every day of the week, crime rate makes it a 3rd world country, and insurance rates are out of the roof.

But let's focus on the real issue: porn.

That’s a genre I’ve never stumbled across. Laurie must have unique tastes to be able to access miner porn so quickly.

Over his sig pic or profile pic. Because she is barely clothed and caused lust. Get the frick over it. If you’re married, sure don’t go looking but a dude on the internet posting who has a picture ain’t sending you to hell.

You had to reach way back for that one. I think I saw her on a reel-to-reel.

Why is the porn industry special?

If you can’t recognize that the internet and a tattoo parlor are different and can/should have different barriers to entry, then I can’t help you.

Nothing. They got their sound bite and they will move on to something else.

It’s ok to dislike porn and want its usage curtailed, and still be against a big government program to force people to enter their info into a private contractor database, with no idea of the security level or how your data will be used.

Agree. I supervise my kids' porn time and they only get to watch consenting adults in the missionary position.
