Have you dealt with parents asking you such insane idiotic questions about vaccines? The resistance to vaccination programs has been growing well before COVID because most people have absolutely no frame of reference for what infectious disease looked like before mass vaccinations. COVID has accelerated that beyond a sustainable degree (which is absolutely due to the insane public health messaging) and the long-term effect could be disastrous.
In contrast, I think targeting advertising for vaccinations in children's shows is a net good for routine vaccination programs. And to be fair, it needs to be targeted at parents of young children too.

Kids can be persuasive. Parents do stupid shite all of the time, because their kids keep asking for it.

If you aren’t able to tell your four year old no you’ve got issues and don’t need to be a parent anyways. But no, zero kids are going to constantly beg for a vax.

Look, I think OL is a good dude. If I met him in person he would probably be cool to hang out with, but man this stuff is in his head. I give him credit, he at least admits it, but it can't be healthy.
Personally, I think the more people who get the vaccine the better it will be to keep people safe.
I don't know how much they still don't know about the virus. Could it evolve into something stronger? I understand not trusting the government, it has given us more than enough reason not to, but our government is so complex, it's not like the whole government can conspire to do whatever people think taking the vaccine will do.

Because once upon a time shows were decent about trying to instill some sense into kids. Are you not familiar with old school mr Rogers and Sesame Street?
