That wasn't America so probably not... not all countries give a shite about feelings.

I could not really tell. There seemed to be two lanes, so she was in the right if she was in one lane and the other was available for passing. But I was not sure if she was intentionally blocking the other lane too.
It is in Portuguese and someone in the Twitter thread translated.

Apparently, she was commenting how the truck was trying to pass, but couldn’t.
quote:

Original Portuguese: "E ele tá querendo me ultrapassar, mas não tá conseguindo porque eu tô no meio da rua."

Translation to English: "And he is trying to overtake me, but it's not managing because I'm in the middle of the road."

An intelligent person would understand that you should be courteous to others on the road especially when you are on a bike and they are in a car/truck

My only regret is the truck driver failed to run her arse over.

I'm a cyclist and I never want to impede traffic. Riding in the middle of a traffic lane shows zero awareness and is out right rude. If you are going to ride in a high traffic area you need to use the shoulder as much as possible.

Nah this one's not going to get any push back from me. Intentionally blocking a lane and filming yourself gloating about it is a FAFO move

It gets worse

Some places have extremely wide biking paths/walkways on the side of the road. And still some bikers intentionally get off on using the road instead and blocking traffic.

Some do it during rush hour because they are sociopaths.

some teach their own kids to run stop signs when the opposite traffic has not stop sign (not a four-way stop), and then flip you the bird when you honk at their budding new 10 year old sociopath-in-training

On a positive note, he helped her do just that.

Riding in the lane of traffic is bad enough but if you are gonna taunt drivers, you are just plain stupid.

You will never win against a vehicle so why taunt a driver?

Who or what is filming her to be panning side to side like that and then focusing in on truck when attempting to pass?

I don’t see it matching her arm movement. If some remote camera set up out in front of her it seems like a lot narcissism on her part on top of being a big distraction if she is controlling it.

I couldn’t make out what was appearing in the reflection of her glasses.

Cyclists are the worst humans. You shouldn’t be allowed to ride on any road where you can’t ride near the speed limit.
