Trash. Why would you ruin a classic meal like that. You get it exactly how it comes and you dip your fries in ketchup like a normal human with a coke. No other way to eat it

I like to think of myself as being a more refined form of trashy. That's why I go with Dasani water and hot mustard. Pickles on burgers and sammies are ew

ETA: I am legit about to order a Big Mac on GrubHub right now. OP should get paid for his thread.

I've always been a quarter pounder guy, or double quarter pounder when I was younger. I can't recall ever eating a Big Mac, but I'm sure I have at some point.

Thats like when I was in Australia they put sugar beets on my burger. They call the beets beet root.

The cheese that McDonald's serves is kind of gross to me, so I never was into the Big Macs, and the sauce seemed kind of like 1k Island dressing. Not something I was into. (Not a fan of relish.) So really all it is at that point (if you don't get cheese or Big Mac Sauce is a bunch of bread and 2 small patties with some rehydrated onions and pickles.

Meh

That said, if he really walks 6 miles a day and doesn't eat much else, he's way under his caloric needs.

Big Mac is only about 560 cals.

There’s much worse fast food he could be eating.

Big macs aren't the issue.

Its the fried french fries and routte 44 coke that most get that tack on calories

Big Macs

Fun fact a Big Mac is essentially a salad with 2 10:1 beef patties, special sauce (thousand island dressing), lettuce, onion, pickles, and bread if toasted right is a fancy crouton with sesame seeds.

It had less calories than some salads when McDonald’s had fancy Paul Newman salads in the early 2000’s.

Skips the fries. Presumably drinks water as well.

A Big Mac is 570 calories which isn't excessive for one meal.

I'd hate to see his cholesterol and blood pressure.

former coworker of mine had one leftover McDonald’s fry and stuck it to another coworker’s bulletin board with a pushpin and a note that said “I saved you a fry”

last time i checked it was still there, looking exactly like it did when he stuck it up there - 12 years earlier

He’s still waiting to collect the first free ice cream McDonald’s promised for every Big Mac he ever ate.

That's a minefield. They name a burger and do a big promotion and he has a stroke or keels over dead from a MI in a couple of weeks and the Big Don "death" burger would be all over the news worldwide.
