Lance McCullers has been paid 70 million in the last 5 years to sit in the dugout. His contract is finally up. Should be able to buy a high end starter and let LMJ go blow games somewhere else.

State was gonna raid the retirement fund to give current teachers a nice little raise while giving retired teachers nothing. Doesn’t seem fair to those teachers who paid into the system for 30-40 years and have just a little pension to live on.

No one was fooled by Cassidy in the last election. There were no primaries and republicans and independents held their nose and voted for him and hoped he would vote right. He went against the people that elected him and he paid for it this time.

He has a limited amount of years to make as much money as possible and he went where he could maximize his income and set himself up for life. Common sense decision.
Reparations in 2026. We are entitled.
I remember paying 99 cents a pound for boiled crawfish in the early nineties. People griped when they went up to 1.29. Don’t want them bad enough to pay the price nowadays.
