Are trampolines trashy is a perfectly appropriate OT thread idea that I haven't seen.

And the answer to that question depends entirely on the type of trampoline and where it's placed in the yard.

The emergency room/urgent care bills will be considerably more than that.

In that range I think they’re all about the same. The good ones start close to $1000.

Better check your homeowners policy to find out of it is allowed.

Depends on if you own a single or a double-wide and the amount of broken down cars on your lot.

Or, check your address and see if you’re still in America.

Bought a house and the previous owners left one. I received a letter from homeowners that policy was being cancelled do to trampoline. I had to explain situation and take trampoline down.

Lol, it’s not illegal to have a trampoline. However, when the visiting kid breaks a leg and his parents want to hold the homeowner responsible, homeowner is going to wish he put a little effort into confirming whether his homeowners policy provides coverage for injuries arising from an undisclosed trampoline for which there would usually be an additional premium.

Don't get one, it'll just turn into a leaf collector after a few months.

Obviously on top so OP can jump onto the make shift slide and into the inflatable 2' pool. But at least OP will be able to make some new gifs for the fail thread

That's interesting. Had a similar situation and mine told me they would just exclude it from the policy and wouldn't cover injuries. Didn't have kids at the time, so went to the curb with all the other trash left behind.

Yall guys can turn something like a trampoline into a toxic, trashy, financial insurance crisis with a neighbor court war really quick.

I guess i will just lock my kid in a room with an iphone and play it safe.

We had one while growing up. A lot of fun on that thing. We would have two people on the ground on opposite sides with a volleyball/football/etc. and they would throw it to try and hit the ones jumping. Last man standing wins. Every now and then the ball would hit a leg while someone was mid jump and they'd fall on their face. We'd just get back up and keep jumping.

Yall are a bunch of softies.
