The old Grand Hyatt hotel in Mumbai which is now the Hyatt Regency. It has the absolute coolest bathroom I've ever seen in a Hotel room. The top of the tub is at floor level with the bathroom. Beside the tub is a set of steps that lead down into a pit that is beside the tub. You can turn a rainfall shower head on and the water will fall about a 12ft high rainfall head embedded in the ceiling. Really nice place. Uber cool bathroom. Words just don't do it justice.

Any hotel that has a decent workout room with working treadmills and a dumbells rack with a Twin Peaks within walking distance.

Torre di Bellosguardo.
On a hill south of Florence.
Because it was once the Summer home to the Medici family in the 16th century (the original tower was built in the 14th century). It also has a fantastic view of the city
ETA: it almost felt like we were stepping back in time

El Conquistador, A Waldorf Astoria hote.
Located in Fajardo, PR.
It has a water park, tram down to the private ferri, and a private island.
Stayed there for a conference last year. The tram was a bit unreliable, one of them usually wasn't working. The private island was nice. We would walk to the local places down the road from the marina (the road bottom right of your picture), good food more reasonably priced and more local flavor. Also went on the biolumenescence tour while there.

It's not the best one in Positano... but still the best one I've stayed in mostly due to location. It had the best views and was right above the smaller of the two beaches in the town which was much more secluded.

I've eaten there. I think they have bathrooms in each room now though.
Mine is the Don Sheldon Mountain House in Denali. Fly in, fly out.
