Rice, beans, quinoa, oats, iodized salt, TVP. Also stock something that you can use in trade, like sugar and cocoa.

I always keep some canned chicken also. Rotate that thru the crockpot with a couple of recipes my wife has. I buy Beenie Weenies by the case! That huntin and camp food.

Solar oven for baked goods, 5 gallon food grade buckets for staples, vacuum sealed rice, beans, canned meat, peanut butter, dehydrated food, water purification system, garden for fresh food, lots of Great Depression knowledge out there is helpful
