Friend,

Give me some Le Sueur peas, canned tuna belly, and Walmart Value Brand saltines and I could survive anything!

Yours,

Canned tuna would be a close second.

Aren’t you not supposed to eat canned tuna more than a few times a week due to mercury levels?

Is that an overblown risk? (I know nothing about it)

Peanut M&Ms. You get the protein from the peanuts and the sugars and carbs from the chocolate. And it’s all encased in a candy shell so if it gets warm, no big deal.

Stockpile of beans and rice: combined they form a complete protein, and get the carbs from the rice. For fat: vegetable oil and shortening. All of these have a relatively long shelf life.
