Best bite of food from each state
For Louisiana, I would put a good boiled crawfish up against anything any other states have to offer.

If you disagree, what do you suggest would be the best bite in Louisiana?

Other states, what is your offering?

PepperJack boudin ball. One bite and I'll be stopping 10 miles down the road wiping my arse with the brown paper bag it came in.

A perfectly cooked ribeye or filet is the answer in every state.

Staying with the crawfish theme...but I would say crawfish etouffee is the best bite I had in Louisiana (it was on top of catfish).

About the only thing I ever agreed with Kaare Johnson on was that a Drago's chargrilled oyster is about the single best bite of food you will ever have.
