South Baton Rouge, bocage area, lakes

That being said, nothing in Baton Rouge is totally nice, there’s always some trade off involved

Most areas below Government street should be ok if you’re going to live in Baton Rouge proper

The LSU lakes, Bocage, all of the neighborhoods off of Highland Road (this includes the Country Club of Louisiana).
