Man, if you watch the models that show the projected path it sure looks like this thing wants to turn north with all its might but something is pushing it back down.

If you properly froze your titty-milk sandwiches you wouldn't be worried about food. Just saying.

Don’t pay attention to that. They always have to throw a major city in the mix to get people shopping.

look at the three day forecast. This thing smashing into Mexico or very southern Texas. The going north is some bullshite you guys keep spewing. Houston prob gets 5-10 mph winds lol. Let’s see after tomorrow and smashing into Yucatán.

ETA …and that was a dumb on call on my part

This is one hell of a post to make. I hope for Houston’s sake you don’t jinx it.

Winds are picking up here on IM. Somehow we still have power but I don’t think it last much longer.

Well crap... Supposed to go to Sam Rayburn area on Thursday to pick up my new boat, looks like it'll be a wet trip now, if we even chance it.

Riding in Cancún currently. Hasn’t been awful. But the communist Mexican government doesn’t allow alcohol during hurricanes

Out of Austin, Houston, and San Antonio which city will flood if they get a tropical storm hanging over them for a bit?

We all know Houston floods badly but will SA and Austin if this thing takes a northern turn once it hits as the models show?

Seems like Austin and San Antonio might be on the dry side if it moves forward in the path from the latest projection.

All of them. They call the area around San Antonio and Austin “flash flood alley.”

The hill country near there can get really really bad with flash floods.
