Greatful to have a job.

Besides no commute any benefits people seeing?

In a meeting the boss just covered Diversity and Inclusion.
I just muted that shite.
Really would have sucked to sit through that nonsense.

I can get a lot more done around the house during my lunch break than I can from my office.

Did it for two months and miss the hell out of it. Didn't have to see these morons and got more work done.

Being able to finish when you are actually finished, and not having to stay at the office for the "optics."

I would think far less interruptions would be the best thing about working from home. frickin open door policy.

I thought I would hate it but I am growing to love it.

Get up in the morning at 7.
Get in my morning exercise.
Eat something.
Shower.
Get in front the PC in my home office at 8
Take lunch at noon. Watch TV, play a game, get other things done if needed.
Back in front the PC at 1
5 pm, walk to the living room.

I have put gas in my car one time since March.

I've enjoyed the flexibility of setting my own hours. Instead of having to be at my desk in my office 8-5, I can work when I want and as long as I get my work done there's no expectation to work for 8 hours.

I've been getting started around 7 every morning, eating lunch while I work, and wrapping up most days around 2 or 3. Probably knock off around 1 today and go to the pool.

I'm one of the few who was not a fan of working from home. I am single with no kids so it was just me. I missed the routine of getting up and going into the office and staying on a schedule. I've been back at the office for a month now and it's great. Out of 500 or so people that work here, probably less than 100 are coming into the office. Nice and peaceful around here and no clucking hens or office drama.

I also missed the free coffee and my two big monitors at the office.

Up until about a month ago I hadn’t wore slacks since 3/15.

Should have listened to it.

The bad news is that you are being replaced.

The good news is that there a position for you on any NBA team that you choose. Forty-five million dollars per year. If you want it.

There is more bad news. You will have to leave the house.

I miss being able to masterbate while staring at the girl in the nearby cubicle

I liked it last year when I first started working from home
Since Covid work has been extremely slow & it’s hard to fill my time, I really try to not go run errands or do yard work but sitting on TD gets boring
I’m fixing to go clean out a bedroom / junk room & feel guilty about it

If we didn't have kids here I would love it. It's hard to work from home and take care of the kids at the same time.

We will be home schooling two kids in the fall as our district is doing 100% online until further notice. It's difficult to help them while on conference calls.

Benefits are you really dont have to work that much in most jobs from home

Last job at had from home I could knock out everything in a couple hours.

Way better than dicking around for the other 6-8 hours per day pretending you were actually doing anything in the office.

The counter register doesn't qualify as a cubicle from the drive through window.

I'm back part time and wouldn't mind if it stayed this way.

There are areas of my job where I'm more productive in the office. It's nice to have 2 days at home just to knock things out I've been meaning to do. It's also nice not going in on Monday's because they already suck enough.
