Belle of BR cancels $1 million giveaway

Theories:
1) Did someone swindle the million from the coffers?
2) Are they getting ready to close?
They only take in a million a week selling cigarettes for $20 a pack, so I don't think they are hurting for money.

They realized they're going to have to spend that million bribing the metro council not to pass the anti-smoking ordinance they're considering.

They had to move the $1 Million giveaway to L'auberge because the Belle doesn't actually have a million dollars.

I don't know how "not getting enough people with actual money through the doors of our crappy casino, despite it being the most centrally located of the three BR casinos" is really an "unforeseen" circumstance.

They should just let the Kidd sink it. Let people buy raffle tickets to be the one to pull the trigger.
