Being Nosey: Guys held at gunpoint? on Highland Rd by Hello Sushi

Anyone heard and news on this? Was driving to pick up my kid from school around 3. I was driving on Highland (near intersection of Highland & Airline) toward I10 when I got passed by a police SUV. It zipped between some vehicles near the Racetrack and stopped just past that. Traffic was stopped at the railroad track for a minute. We had to merge single file past the Cop cars and the work truck that was pulled over. They had their weapons (Looked like guns, but maybe tasers look the same??) drawn on what looked like 4 young guys, all laying face-down on Highland road right in front of Hello Sushi. There were also cops waiting at I-10. Sorry, I’m nosey, gotta know what those guys did.

Damn you. You just fricked my weekend until I think of it. Uh, there was one on Coursey too.
I was at a street in Houston last week and I swear I must have missed something similar by seconds. There was a blacked out Yukon (obviously LEO) with 2 guys pulled out of a hooptie and handcuffed on the ground and the officers all had the vest over plain clothes. Doors open, Yukon half on the median. It was like the Jump Out Boys and I was 30 seconds after the action went down.
