Doesn't necessarily mean gluttony. Those stupid fad diets exist for a reason, and people might be trying them only to discover they don't work.

The average person underestimates their calorie intake by 25%. You really have to watch closely. An extra 500 calories a day isn't as hard as it sounds and that will give you over 50 pounds a year.

Is there a verse that covers obsessions? Because the obsession some of you have with others ( be it their weight, habits, hobbies, appearance, etc) can’t be morally correct.

If God did not want people to eat pie, He would not have made pie.

Just burned 20 calories thinking and typing here. Will eat only 19 calories of pie today. Stay safely in non-sinner zone.

Thank you for being OT arbiter of sin!

They took the cardio (dancing, kneeling) out of their religion.

Add coffee, donuts, atm machines.

Imagine living a non-judgemental life...

Imagine focusing your energies on being successful and taking care of your own health.

Pretty crazy, huh?

There is nothing that tells the world what a fricking loser you are than being overweight. It’s absolutely a life decision

Ever occur to you idiots that a lot of fat people have different genetics and therefore hormones, which make them crave food more than most thin people? But it's a lot damn harder for many people. It;;s a genetic adaptation for lean times.
Sure, eating fewer calories, you'll lose weight
