I’d be open to paying that extra half cent sales tax if we use the money to start a bum unit. When a bum approaches you just call the hotline and report it. The bum patrol will check out their story and arrest them for fraud if they’re lying.

fricker walks up to me in Target with a sob story. His car is out of gas on Siegen out front and the cops are out there threatening to tow his car if he doesn't hurry up and move it.

I said funny, I just got here, and I didn't see any car out there on Siegen or any cops anywhere.

He just turned and walked away.

I saw a girl hand some money out at Bluebonnet/Perkins the other day. It was an older black guy in filthy clothes. At least he looked the part.

I told this story in another thread but what I do now is when I see them coming I look at them and yell something like "Don't approach me. Get the Hell away from me!"

They don't like that at all and that way they don't even get near you. Maybe if more people yell at them they will go somewhere else. If you give them an in they will take it every time.

History has proven that the money would be skimmed off and nothing would ever come of it other than you paying more taxes.

Studies aren't cheap and are never ending.

Had a white dude in slacks and a polo come up to me at Chick-fil-A the other week.

Started off asking if I went to catholic bc “back in my day I was ok the swim team and used to destroy those catholic high boys” then went in to how he graduated from LSU with a masters and is in town every other week selling medical devices to hospitals.

Finally, after trying to trash talk me about swimming, bragging about his awesome job and masters degree, he asked me for $20 to get gas.

What the frick?

Had the same story told to me while walking in to Kaminari for lunch last week. It was a well dressed and well spoken black man. He said he was staying at his mother’s house in Riverbend and that she was on the metro council.

I knew right away he was lying because I unfortunately follow the shite show of a council and I doubt this black man’s mother is Chandler Loupe. I asked him who his mother was and he couldn’t answer. I told him to get lost and everyone in my group to absolutely not give him money. fricking dregs of society these people.
