A Siberian tiger can get up to 1400 pounds. A regular bear is going to have a VERY bad day against that.

I personally think, with both at their best and the same equipment, Tiger wins. There has never been a golfer to exist better than 2000 Tiger.

There have been several heavier american black bears recorded. The largest recorded weighed 902 lb after it had been dressed, meaning it weighed an estimated 1,100 lb in life. But on average, tigers will be a little larger than American black bears
Brown bears and polar bears are substantially larger than tigers on average.
Tigers are much more agile than bears, however, so I don't think the outcome can easily be called based solely on size.

This shouldn't even be a question. Tigers are much faster and possibly as strong as a bear.
