My god she is torturing that child for pleasure in order to get him to smile for her self-esteem inducing family picture. I mean you can see the blood coming out of the child mouth as she claws into his ears and cheek. This is unacceptable behavior in today's society. Perhaps she should start eating sugarfree ice cream.
