Are you serious? Have you actually ever been to P'goula?

I don't know anything about Pascagoula. I love Bay St. Louis but we ended up buying a house in the Pass in January. We just sold our house in BR. Can't wait to be living there full time.

Our house is on a canal and it takes us 10 minutes by boat to be in Bay St. Louis.

We love it!

We used Carl Larosa with Coldwell Banker. We got a great deal on a 5 year old custom built home. We have friends who want to follow us there. It's our happy place.

Not a good comparison at all. The only thing they have in common is that they are both in mississippi. Bay St. Louis is far superior to Pascagoula. I can't believe people even still live or work in Pascagoula.

I worked summers in BSL for the longest. It is leaps and bounds better. It is better now than pre-katrina.

Jesus, I've been to BSL. Pascagoula must look like Nagasaki in '45 if BSL make it look bad

How bad is the home owners and flood insurance?

Off the top of my head: I think homeowners coverage is around $2000 and flood $750. We are not in a velocity zone.

Ironically, popeyes killed us today. My stomach apparently can't handle the spicy dark like it once could.
