Which coastal Mississippi municipality is better IYO?

Bay St. Louis, easily. Pascagoula is a dump. Bay St. Louis and nearby Pass Christian actually have a little charm. Plus, they're closer to New Orleans.

Pascagoula reminded me of airline hwy north of greenwell springs when I was there in 98. I was there on turnaround for two months so I didn't see much.

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay...
Is this a real question? Bay St. Louis.

BSL would be my choice.

My exgf lives in the goula. She lived in a condo on the beach. Had a decent boat. Other than that it's an absolute dump. 20 years behind the times.

Bay Saint Louis.
But Pascagoula is close enough to Ocean Springs, that if that is an option.
It would be a very interesting arguement. Having lived in Waveland/BSL and the Pass right there it would be tough call between the two areas.
Biloxi and Gulfport get bad reps because of the trash, but there are extremely nice areas and areas that are livable. Just flood insurance will eat you alive if you are near water.
Pass is the number one public school in the state, but OSHS is up there as well. As a former Rockachaw I can say as an overall athletics program, we have the best overall athletics program on the Coast and maybe all of South Ms until you get to Jackson.

Pascagoula is like a Monroe near the beach.

BSL and it isn't close. Goula is terrible

Bay St. Louis and it's not even remotely close.

Pascagoula is Moss Point but with white gang members.

I went through BSL for the first time since Katrina and was surprised by the cool little town it has become. There is a lot of property for sale at great prices, but I would think the flood insurance would eat you alive. Thought about buying a lot a few down from the beach and just parking a camper to get around flood insurance, but I'm not sure about the zoning.

Can I go with neither? They are both terrible.
