Bawcomville is a great case study in genetics. In the early days of Monroe (Fort Miro) the no accounts/ criminals in the area were banished across the Ouachita to that area known now as Bawcomville. There they planted roots with other fellow dirt bags, and the trashiness thrived. A couple hundred years later and we are fortunate enough to gaze upon the results.
Phil Robertson (Duck Commander) lives just down the river a piece from Bawcomville. Being a good Christian man, Phil does his part for the Great Commission, and goes to different places spreading the Gospel. After years of trying he finally gave up on saving the folks of B-ville. His comment on it was something to the effect of "Even the Good Lord can't help those people".

Until you watch the video.
I’ll save everyone the five minutes and summarize CNN’s take: “These people are poor, backwards, and they're Trump supporters”.

CNN’s demise can’t happen soon enough.

Bawcomville…the Australia of Louisiana.

By no means do I think Trump was great, but I do believe he spoke to poor people, and minorities had much greater success with him also. He made it clear he cared more for the poor and middle class than past presidents. I agree he also made the rich, richer. Not saying all his policies were great but we’ve never had a president in our lifetime at least appear to stand up for the poor and middle class like Trump did.
I agree he is narcissistic, liar, but I still trust him more than our current and past presidents, to me they are much worse, just hide it better.
Eta: He was basically old democrat but some conservative values. Before the democrats went all elitist, anti freedom, pro big money, etc.

Just now learning that Bawcomville is a real town. Sounds like a fitting name.

Those are, in reality, some of the best folks you’ll ever meet. Mostly a bunch of plant baws that will give you the shirt off their back if you needed it (warning, it probably smells bad). Sure, bawcomville is a shite hole, but there are a lot of good folks around the area. Most folks don’t know that it borders one of the prettiest lakes in the state.

Very well put and I agree with almost all of this. He’s not my cup of tea (didn’t want him as the nominee in 2016, 2020 or 2024) but he’s not terrible. I think his supporters downplay his bad traits (the narcissism is particularly dangerous IMO), but the CNNs of the world start with the premise that there isn’t a single valid reason to support a man who got 74 million votes in the last election, and that’s absurd.
The reporter said most of the people there didn’t want to talk about politics at all, but of course, it’s CNN so they had to make it about politics.

Thanks for the link, but I'm not giving CNN any clicks at all. Hopefully someone will post a YT home video!

The majority of my 10 years in the fire service has been in the heart of bawcomeville. Fascinating place.

According to the racist MSM:
Poor black ghetto bad culture: quaint, salt of the earth, honest folks just trying to get by.
Same but white: omg inbred hillbilly racists, stupid, crime committers.

As a legitimate news organization CNN has been dead for 23 years. They just follow the democratic party leaders around and parrot what they say.

Literally nothing of this is true.
