That’s not what I’m commenting on man. I’m simply stating that these assholes are the same assholes that get pulled over and either say they’re a sovereign citizen or pull all the bullshite they saw on a YouTube video about what you do and don’t have to do when you get stopped by police.

I love it. Laws must be tested for some people to understand your rights. He wasn’t breaking the law, period. And the police grab him? BS.
Cop says “you got a gun strapped to your chest so that’s why we’re doing this”. BS. Illegal actions by law enforcement whether you like it or not.

I also used to think this way a few years ago but boy have I done a 180.. While I would never do it, these people exercise their rights doing things that most others don’t in order to bring attn to the fact that govt is violating ours rights on such a regular basis that Americans don’t even know their rights anymore.
I used to think they got what they deserved but big brother has become so radicalized that govt employees are out of control with their “above the law” mentality and are blatantly encroaching our freedoms. Watch these videos where people do the first amendment checks in and near govt buildings. I’m starting to see more and more police chiefs, sheriffs and supervisors educating the lower ranks and telling them they can’t do anything bc the person isn’t breaking the law. Which is a massive shift in just a few years. I love it!
The entire point of posting these videos is to educate the masses to start learning their rights, to stop thinking govt cares about us and to push back before is too late.

I agree. I would have thought this was dumb 5 years ago, but I totally understand people pushing back and doing things like this to make a point.
You know why that cop was so quick to run up and grab him? Because she knew he didn’t pose a threat and had no intention of harming her. I’d love to see action like that in parts of town where crimes are actually being committed but that won’t happen.

This! It pains me to see so many Americans who claim to be conservative and for small government always instinctively defending govt. Both sides are guilty of defending govt wrong doing based on how they personally feel about something instead of realizing the govt is not and will never be their friend.

You better know what you do and what you do not have to do when dealing with police, whether you're pulled over or not. That knowledge is literally your only recourse at the time you are dealing with them.

The dude is a complete idiot, but fortunately for most people, he is well within his constitutional rights to be one.
The cops, especially the detectives, are trained to know the law and enforce the law. They failed horribly at their job. While it sucks having to deal with idiots at times, having to deal with incompetent morons who have the ability to lock my arse up is frightening.
It is a shame the man filming is such an insufferable dickweed, because if he had just shut up a second it would've allowed the cops to further incriminate themselves and helped him prove his point.

Matters not, those in charge of enforcing the law are obligated to know the law in its entirety.
We don't enforce law based on "feels" and "public complaints".
The fact that the accused knows more about the actual law than the enforcers says volumes about this confrontation.
Keep this in mind for those of you who think the local constabulary will not come for you and your guns if given the orders from on high.
