She didn't have a license plate so that measure was already circumvented.

I mean what can you do to curb that? It's her 5th time. She's just going to get some junker car from a friend, is not gonna register it, and will drive around unlicensed and unregistered again until she inevitably kills someone and spends the rest of her life behind bars (this being her 5th time I'd say it's probably warranted at this point, she's not going to stop and eventually it's going to result in serious injury or loss of life). Some people really don't give a shite.

Never ever say 2 beers, it is better to say 3 or 4 but the last one was 2 hrs ago.

Worked with a guy that had a few DWIs.
When asked how many he had gotten he answered “this year or all together.

Wrestler Sam Houston (Michael Smith) had the unofficial record for DUIs in Texas or Louisiana because his dad, wrestler Grizzly Smith, got him out of about 2 per year for a long time.

Eventually, MADD got the records of it and he went to prison for 10 years.

Damn, if you average 2 DWIs (or would have been DWIs) a year.. People who care about that person should be trying to get him help instead of trying to keep him out of trouble.

Not going into it here but Grizzly was accused of a number of things after his death and he knew tons of different cops and judges throughout a wide geographic area.

With what he was accused of doing, it was likely in the cops’ best interest to make the charges disappear because he likely had proof of their involvement.

Bowers rang in his 18th OWI by crashing his truck into a power line, causing a power outage that swept through the eastside of Green Bay. When police arrived, Bowers refused a breathalyzer test, claiming he only drank two beers, nor could he walk for other field sobriety tests due to his prosthetic leg becoming detached.
