Somebody definitely creates it and originally distributes it but it’s not a “sting” operation where the government sets up a drug deal etc. nor do they provide fake CP to cast a net. They just record where they find it.

I would think with the technology these days, the FBI could hack into the computer video cam on the PC and see who is actually at the computer.

Or maybe the dog was into porn and while downloading his DP accidentally opened some CP in the process. Contacted the FBI and framed the guy.

Damn, I'm too late to see how many mutuals, but at least 10. I've seen the guy at Zippy's a few times back when it was my watering hole. Hell, one of my mutual friends seemed like he was good friends with guy. I sent him this video and got blocked.
