My sweet summer child, just because he was arrested on something that carries that amount of time, doesn’t mean he will do it.
I’m sure this guy is getting an expensive attorney, and they’ll work something out with a lot less time than that.

He's a realtor, he doesn't own those assets. People do. Also looks like he worked for Keller Williams bc his email has a .kw in it

He works for Keller Williams. Look at his website. Keller Williams on top left and has kw in website address. I imagine a lot of his flipping or realty was done through their funding, so he probably wouldn't own any of the properties. KW would.

I spoke to some folks in the FBI who specialize in this type of thing.
They either didn’t know or wouldn’t disclose specifics of this case but explained to me how he gets caught with both downloading and distributing CP. and since he wasn’t producing it there was nothing in there about rape of a child etc. They also said there’s 0 chance this was a mistake and he didn’t know it was CP. Cases like this with similar number of pictures/videos usually result in 2 years in prison. Sometimes these investigations lead to bigger things uncovered but they didn’t believe this looked like he was in some elaborate porn ring. Just a sicko with the internet.

She was doing what a supporting spouse should've done until more evidence came out.

Where does he get these files? Is it legal for the host of those files to have them? Is the host of the files a sting operation? And where did they get the files? From a foreign country? Are they under investigation? I know the guy is a douche but this all starts somewhere. Who else is accessing those files?

There was another prominent realtor, although much much older, who was arrested for the same thing a few years back. I believe his son and daughter or daughter-in-law were realtors in his company and for about 3 months they took down EVERYTHING online. I can't recall they're names but you've seen their signs around.

Life is crazy, and there is so much you can’t control.. for instance, i know someone who’s a realtor in the same general area with the same last name as this Devin character… no relation, as far as i know- but like most of us from the area, she might be a distant cousin or whatever.. but now she has to make a living with the same name, and of course everyone asking/assuming she’s related to a kiddie porn collector/dog abuser.. just a shitty thing to have to navigate with , that she had no part of .

. This definitely.... Sociopaths fit right in because they have the ability to fake every human emotion possible. Most people have no idea that they have interacted with one until something like this happens, and they always say "he seemed like such a nice guy, I am in shock"

They are downloaded and uploaded on programs like we used to use to download music (Napster) so you host everything you download as well. Likely the tip line uploaded from his hosting and he got flagged and it was turned over to EBRPSO. They subpoena and search based on the tip.

Okay. Where is the starting point though? Anybody, anywhere in the world? Considering we've heard about children being trafficked and lost, there may be a cottage industry out there.
I really don't get it.
