There were murders in Southdowns and in Perkins Rowe within the last two weeks. Is that the bad part of town in BR?

BR is safe as long as you don't leave your house is one way to put it.

Baton Rouge had had more per capita murders than N.O. multiple years, but not sure if they have ever actually had a higher total?

Is the number of murders only for BR, or does it include the entire parish?

Numbers are for city only. EBR Parish is at 59 homicides so far this year.
