Disappointing. I was in her courtroom a month back as a potential juror. I was impressed with her interaction with the other jurors and both attorneys and how well she explained the process to everyone in the room. Seemed very professional.
But why did it take 4 years for anyone to figure out that she was only 16 during Desert Storm?

Captain is automatic at 4 yrs in the branches where it is an 0-3 paygrade vs an 0-6 in a couple other branches.

This is embarrassing and ridiculous. How can a judge be allowed to remain in the position when they have been proven to have lied IN WRITING on legal documents.
I guess it pretty much throws out any value in taking an oath. Hell, if she's the judge on your case, just start making shite up!
