That is heartbreaking, devastating. Prayers for that family.

Seriously dude? This isn't even an attempt at being subjective.
You're just being a fricking dick in a thread about police officers killed.

Maybe take a step back from the keyboard for a bit.

Well, we gotta be careful. With Hillary and Obama still around, we have to use the phrase "act of terror". If this still offends anyone, we can fall back on "terrible act" or something of that nature.

I'm amazed at what people can be outraged by these days.

People need to stop speaking in these terms. He wasnt part of Montrell Jackson's community. The only thing they had in common was their skin color.

I suspect Jackson would see that differently.

One thing that has amazed me throughout the whole process is that these cops were automatically called racists from the start... Sterlings death may or may not have been justified (whole different debate), but who's to say that they would or wouldn't have handled the situation in the same manner if it were a white guy or Latino, etc???

Well, THIS guy says they should admit they are doing things wrong....

I'm still suprrised the 2 in WBR were let go. The whole changing at Walmart from all the all black, not sure why you'd risk stopping at walmart that close to town if you didn't have to, just really thought those 2 were in on it.
Maybe those two were just doing regular crime and not a part of this ambush???

Is there any credence to the story that this was a gang shooting between rival blacks, and cops were shot once they arrived on the scene?

As opposed to the "ambush" narrative?

Seems to be a lot of my darker facebook friends pushing this angle...

That's not what he was saying at all. But all of this started with Alton's death
no, it is what he's saying. the officers of alton's shooting should feel zero guilt about any of this since they did their jobs correctly. Let me know when that sinks in. And alton was not the start of this shitstorm movement with these assholes.

Are you completely incapable of nuanced thought? Of course they shouldn't feel bad and/or guilty. But the human mind is a complicated mess. I'm sure their minds are going in 1000 different directions right now and I wouldn't doubt a tiny bit of guilt has crept into the back of their minds at some point.

Of course they are. They don't want to admit what really happened as much as they don't want to admit the officers who shot Alton Sterling were justified.

Please try to educate your stupid friends.

NO there is not credence to that story. Cold bloodily, premeditated murder. Shot a cop as he simply exited a store. To start things off. Then murdered more as they responded to an officer down.

There was just a drug raid at an apartment complex on Coursey, they had a ton of police presence there, it was on lockdown which why the thread was started with suspicion of a shooting.

Just FYI

Thank you. Not sure why I got so many downvotes for asking that. Just wanted to make sure I had the correct information. Didn't meant anything malicious by it. I was hoping to find out it was false
