Supposedly, BLM doesn't like All Lives Matter because they say it exists only to dis their movement. And while BLM might technically agree that all lives SHOULD matter, they feel that to some, black lives Don't matter as much as they should. I think they should worry first about black on black crime before looking elsewhere.

Technically it is not a violation because a number of police officers were shot and from what was shared this does not single one out. This would be like saying I am seeing a patient at the Minden nursing home. There are plenty of patients there not just one. Now if only one had been fatally shot that would be different. Though there are more important matters at hand than arguing over a HIPAA violation.
