Bad accident on Napoleon Ave in NOLA. Idiot in a car ran over mother & young son

Ambulances were all over the place and didn't look good for the two victims. Why can't people drive normally in school zones where there are kids all over the place. It took place by St. Stephens Church and the school next too it.

I passed a car on I-10 this morning between college and Acadian going the complete wrong way down the interstate. I saw headlights, thought what the frick, quickly switched lanes, and the car flew past me going 40-50. Pouring rain and dark as it was around 5am. I couldn't believe it

guy passed me on magazine this morning near a school zone, I was doing speed limit, he had to be 15-20 over, and almost side swiped a driver exiting a vehicle in opposite lane

Exact same thing in the exact same spot happened about two years ago around 3am heading home on a Saturday night. Scared the shite outta me.

It was St. George's Episcopal School and they did have a crossing guard so this guy must have hit the throttle to beat the woman crossing guard and mother/son crossing. It looked pretty bad.
