It is routinely considered a mother-infant thing as the mother will do this shortly after birth, during feeding, and for extra bonding. However, it is also strongly encouraged for the father to do the same (without the gel) in those early months.

There is more to this story (like the application to the baby might have been intentional, and in a specific area of her body)
I don't have children, but I don't imagine it's uncommon for babies to just be in a diaper while their dad holds them while not wearing a shirt.
Even then, the absorption (for lack of a better term) could occur on any part of the body even if the baby was wearing pants, shirt, etc... To my knowledge, the medication doesn't have to be passed to the baby's genitals directly for her to absorb the testosterone.

It makes me sad people as dumb as you have equal voting power as me. You are talking out of your arse while knowing you're ignorant. It's a cream to increase testosterone, the chemicals are excreted through the skin, its absorbed by the tiny baby. Dude probably, like most dads, including me, had his infant on his bare chest getting her to sleep, who was also likely in just a diaper and the testosterone soaked into her skin.
