Really depends. I start working anywhere between midnight and 5:30a. Usually asleep by 8:30 average and awake at 3 am average.

depends on when I get tired and what I want to accomplish. It varies, no set schedule.

Oh yeah for sure. You replied to me so I assumed it was directed at me.

I couldn’t be up at 5AM even if I went to bed at 5PM. I’m not at all a morning person. The fact that I’m awake now is 100% due to drinking wine last night and I’ll probably doze back off in the next hour.

In bed around 10, up at 430 during the week. I'll sleep until 530 on weekends so I can work out before my kids get up. If I sleep past sunrise I feel like a bum.

Went to sleep last night around 1:30am, and woke up at 4:38am this morning. About to drop the dogs off and head to FQF.

I get at least an extra 45 days a year to do stuff than you 8hr sleepers

My dog wakes me up every morning at 4:30 am, today I shut the door on his arse but he scratched and fussed till I got up at 5:45 am.

I usually go to bed around 9 pm, I'm an old pops.

I need 6 hrs to function. I can do less for one day but the next day I have to get at least 6.

Retired, so bedtime 12-12:30am, wake 9:30-10am. Or whenever.

The 6-8 hr sleepers will end up living longer though.

Your body needs sleep to fully function at it's best. You can skimp all you want..but at some point it will catch up with you.
