Average Bedtime/wakeup

What is everyone’s average work bedtime/up and weekend bedtime/up?!
To start 11 pm/530 am weekday; 11–12pm/7 am weekend

I go to sleep when I’m tired.
Unless I have a plane to catch I wake up without an alarm around sunrise.
I average about 6.25 hours of sleep per night

To bed by 10, up at 5:30. Alarm is set for 5;30, usually up by 5.

Normal bedtime 9:30-10. Wake up time is all over the place. My child is 13 months. Most morning he wakes up for a diaper change between 4:30-5:30. Sometimes back to bed sometimes not.
Today was up at 5:15 but he fell back asleep, but I didn't so then I napped after daycare drop off until 9:30.
We used to have to leave for daycare at 6:30, but now we leave at 7:30. So working on adjusting his sleep schedule.

If I was retired, my ideal would be 2am to 10am. Nothing good happens before 10 anyway.

On average, Midnight-6. But more like 7:30-ish on days where the Mrs. is off work and that warm booty makes it harder to get out of bed.

1-2 Am, 7-8 Am. I can't sleep more than 7 hours. I average 5-6 hours and can get by on less.

11pm-12pm. Lights/TV off at midnight though.
Wake up in the 6-6:30pm range. Earlier sunrises help me sooo much. I have a 3mile commute though, so that definitely helps.

Fall asleep between 10:30-11:00 and wake up at 5:00. Up at least 1-2 times/night either letting my dogs outside or needing to take a piss myself. I’d guess my alarm actually wakes me up only about one time every two weeks or so. Usually up about 20-25 minutes prior to my alarm.

Man my dog doesn't need to wake me up. I get up to pee by 2-3am every night now. Thanks 40s
