Sure can recommend someone. It’s me. But I only have a select group of client vehicles.

I delivered parts for NAPA for a year and there are a lot of good shops in Baton Rouge, many already mentioned. All excellent choices.

My daughter's roommate totaled her car last week. She got referred to a shop on Perkins near LSU (Gordon & Sandifer) and I was so nervous for 2 college girls to roll in there alone. I listened on the phone while the guy gave her the estimate and told her it wasn't worth it for her to pay out of pocket to fix it. She only had liability insurance. He gave her a price that she should expect at the dealership for a trade in and told her if they offered her less to call him and he had friends that buy wrecked cars and he could get her at least that. He said he didn't wasn't trying to screw her on repairs and then have some dad call pissed off after he ordered the parts because it would have been a rip off. He has no idea my daughter had me connected to her phone listening. 1000 out of 10 would recommend. The girls ended up going to Team Toyota where they got an incredible offer on her totaled car (that actually overheated and the dealership had to pick up off the side of the road) and got her in a "new" vehicle pretty quickly. We did know someone at Team so we knew they wouldn't be taken advantage of there with someone looking out for them - the shop was a blind recommendation and walk in that exceeded our expectations.
