Insurance cut us a check for under 200 bucks
I know I was lucky & there are tone of people who lost way more than me
But this is insane....honestly what did they do to warrant getting money from FEMA?

She isn't claiming she worked 80 hrs/week....she is claiming she had 80 hrs/wk of OT. That means she is saying she worked 120 hrs/wk....
No... the 80/hrs was for 2 weeks. That's on top of her normal salary though.

EBR Council on Aging
The more we learn about this, the more we learn just how disgusting and wholly unfit for their duties their entire operation actually is.

I'd cut her a check for $6k if she did a YouTube live video of herself working a 120hr week. He'll, I'd write her a check for $100 if she did that and worked one single 12hr day

Would be the first time a Bigfoot would be captured on video.

they really should have taken their medicine on the initial frick up, offered up a resignation, and the storm blows over.
But no... now she's got this audit with FEMA fraud, mail fraud, misuse of taxpayer money to support political agendas... and the suing of the Plummer family... and the restraining order against the Plummer family.
At what point does someone say "maybe we should replace this Amar lady"?
Meanwhile you got dumbass councilwoman C. Denise telling everybody that she's doing a good job running things at the CoA.

If the house was in my name we would have gotten money from fema. But it's a "second home" even though it's my only and primary residence.
Flood insurance doesn't cover land loss or the bulkhead structure. Homeowners won't cover the subsequent land loss post flood or the boathouse/bulkhead. Only thing we got to claim was the shite we lost in our mud room downstairs which was filled with fishing and boat stuff.
All technicalities. All bullshite.

I'm curious as to the logic/reason for using a PayPal account instead of an account at a bank.
I'm sure the Feds would be too.

it appears that Ms. Pratt requested the policy’s author to not list the effective date of the policy
I just read through that section of the audit. This is a blatant attempt at defrauding the Feds.
Notice too when the FEMA rep tries to reach out to both Pratt and Amar regarding exempt status and policy after the LA Auditor is questioning her, suddenly neither can be reached.
