CATS is at least transparent about their inept nature. While I don't need the bus system, I understand public transportation's place in a community and the benefits it does have.

I didn't like the redistricting of the tax increase to secure the funding and thus voted against it, but the COA is downright criminal.

I just don't see how anyone with half a brain would entrust those idiots with $80 million.

The whole Black Caucus is corrupt. 90% of them should be in jail and the rest are so stupid they couldn't hold down a job at McDonalds.
