No one knows if this is true except the FBI and the US Attorneys office. And the King Firm lawyers themselves

Ken Vogel. That guy would operate on anything at any time whether you needed it or not. You needed surgery for your client he was your guy.

Agreed. Let’s ban personal injury suits unless a pre-screened panel of folks (picked by Exxon, Shell, and Duck Dynasty) can vet the claim on the merits.

Guys come on, don't judge all personal injury attorneys just because of the actions of a few. Most PI plaintiff attorneys are honest people simply doing God's work in seeking to make their grievously injured clients whole again.

Also, whiplash is a traumatic brain injury.

You are so wrong the majority are bottom dwelling scum there are very few honest ones. You obviously don't work in the field or you are one.

And Doug B and Monroe L have never thought a collision necessitated a surgery.

You’ve got your whores too. But your guys are smart enough not to flaunt it to the general public.

PI guys get a bad rap due to the guys on TV. But if it wasn't for PI attorneys NOLA and BR both would not be what they are today. Both cities got wrecked by hurricanes and afterwards insurance companies tried to royally frick homeowners. Katrina way more than Gustav. Lets not make these poor little insurance companies out to be good guys. They were offering 15,000.00 for complete losses and saying sue me if you don't like it. To which PI attorneys recovered billions for clients. Without the outright greed of insurance companies PI attorneys probably don't exist.

This is a very important point.

This isn't a good guy, bad guy story. It's a bad guy, bad guy story.

The insurance companies are at least as bad as the PI attorneys and in some cases, worse.

DevilDag takes offense to that - nothing gets him going on a Monday morning like writing a report to an adjuster.

Aiken. Car accidents do not cause injuries under any set of circumstances. Or something like that.

Show us the fact of 15k being offered along with the insurance policy in that case, along with the actual losses.

I know for a fact their strategy in LC after Laura is to lowball and then supplement/wait for litigation.

I'm not even claiming it's to frick over their consumers intentionally. They don't want to pay for full-time adjusters so they're hiring contracted jack legs who sometimes just take pictures and measurements and sometimes have literally no training and no relationship to the insurance company. That's a business choice. q

Attorneys are wealthy, why would they need to do this?

Most I personally know are very greedy and wealth seeking. That's not a bad thing, but it certainly can frick things up for a lot of other people.
