BMI is BS. I have a stocky build but I'm definitely not fat. I inherited my dad's rugby-style frame but going off BMI only, I'm considered overweight. My waist size is 32".

Depends on height. I'm 6'1" w 36". Anything above that is weight lifter or fat.
