We just seemed to "fit" in all the ways that mattered. Things developed easily.

When I ran out of excuses of why not to marry her.

Married 17 years. Still not sure if she’s the “one”

First time I saw her a little bit of blood rushed into the tip of me penis. And she actually talked to me man. Like a tractor beam. Sucked me right in. Right then I got that special feeling that I'd do anything to bone her.

No thanks. I don't want to know.

Thanks, it was supposed to sound ridiculous. Those people who say "my old lady" as a sincere thing deserve to be mocked. As I did there by mocking it.
Ah, explaining the joke. That's always the funniest part, right? Hoo hah!

I was newly single with 3 kids. I had no intentions of ever marrying again and really no hope of finding anyone who would want to take on a ready made family. I just wanted to not be lonely when the kids were with their dad. But the first time my now husband met my kids, I figured out I was probably wrong. My youngest son has autism and at that time wasn't super high functioning. He didn't usually acknowledge new people or changes. My husband came over just to hang out and cookout one Saturday. He is just naturally good with kids in general. But, when they met, my son climbed in my husband's lap, made eye contact, and touched his face. It shocked the hell out of me and made me think maybe there was something really special about him and maybe I was wrong about finding love again after divorce. They have a really close bond to this day, and it's a moment I will never forget. He didn't fully realize at the time how unusual that was, but we still talk about it from time to time.

Nose in pubes, tongue on taint.

I'd say it was more of a gradual process. I don't recall a single moment, just more of a I want to be with him everyday feeling. We dated long distance for the first year and a half, and towards the end it really started to suck having to say goodbye.
