Well, they are prohibited from drinking alcohol, so why would they go to a festival centered around the consumption of alcohol. Unless they plan to be there for nefarious reasons.

Look at history. Every 600 years or so, and twice in the last century, the Germans get a wild hair and go HAM on someone. I think they are due to go all in on the invaders of Europe.
