An aspiring rapper and father was killed in a Sunday night shooting at a mobile home park off Victoria Drive, one of two people struck by gunfire in a confrontation that police believe escalated from an earlier altercation.
Jeremiah Hall, 26, and an unidentified 25-year-old man were both transported to a hospital after the shooting, said Baton Rouge Police spokesman Sgt. Don Coppola Jr. Hall later died of his injuries, but the other man is expected to survive.
Tyree Richard, 20, was arrested in the shooting, accused of approaching Hall and the other man with a gun to address an earlier incident involving Richard's brother and Hall, according to his arrest report.
Hall was shot about 10 p.m., just yards away from where his family said he lived in Nelson's Mobile Home Village at 3579 Victoria Drive, off Airline Highway.

I can barely see the person in the first photo. They blend in so well.

I have to go there all the time. If someone firebombed that place it would do the world a favor. Absolute dregs of humanity. Plus old wrinkly toothless hookers in the morning.

You used to make a cd and give it to Alton Sterling to sell at Triple S. Since his untimely passing it’s like the Wild West. Everyone fighting for street corners to sell CDs on.

Getting killed in the hood is a great way to build up street cred in the rap game. Too bad he isn't around to enjoy the spoils of all that cred he built up.
