Following your posts on this thread you have been correct for the most part.
Especially referring to those ESPN letters. If you take away that exposure, this the LLWS wouldn’t mean anything to these families.
One correction, AP changed the rule this year from “you must play 11 to be an all star at 12”. Over the years the league has had many kids quit because they didn’t like who was coaching, directing, and the all star selection process. Over 10 former all stars quit this 12 year old year so they were replaced.
That rule kept kids from pimping out the league for one year for those special letters (ESPN). They brought in kids this year from outside the parish but these were selective invites with promises of being all stars.
Unfortunately the integrity of the AP league has taken hits internally the last several seasons.
8 of the players play for Ascension Select
3 for the LA Bulls
1 for the Saints

7 live in Ascension
1 lives in assumption
1 lives in EBR
1 lives in st James
2 live in Livingston parish

The AP league has a major division and minor. Major allstars go to Williamsport and minors has the diamond league for their allstars. To play in the major division, you must play travel ball and try out for the league.
Shaq

Ricky Henderson
Roger Clemens
Ken Griffey Jr
That number is steadily increasing but at what age are you considering travel ball. 8-12 traveling to hammond or 15-18 traveling to SEC venues?
I would say they are definitely easy to spot like the examples you listed....red faced, tight skin, unusually veiny, they look like walking boners on the prowl

His statement didn't bring up percentages, he said all played travel....simply not true there are plenty of stories of kids not playing travel ball and made it professionally. Im 40 years old, I am right after the travel ball birth. So majority that i saw make it 15 years ago were not products of travel ball. Yes that percentage has increased in the last 15 years

skinny arse roads that lead into a 10ft ditch with a 90 degree slope and people walking on side of you

Last summer they did one by Praieville High and it took almost 5 months. We need more but they better not do these at the same damn time or we are CHUCK.
wet or damp dryer sheets does the trick for love bug season
it took me about 3 years of trolling GG on twitter asking him why he has LSU beat for his handle....he finally erased it last year, he pimped out the brand for clicks
at some point the feds started using him, feeling untouchable and knowing you are untouchable are totally different outlooks....hes evil AF

"babes from days gone by" got me wondering where did all the puffy nipples go.....why were these nips so prevalent in the 70s and 80s, was it the cone bra?

He developed the pain wearing cleats that were too small during fall baseball (pains only in one foot). One practice two weeks ago he came home complaining his heel was hurting. Thankfully baseball is done until March next year, but school basketball tryouts were last week. The school games don't start until January, so we have two months to try and rest but we are basically starting basketball season now.
He claims he feels a sting when his heel touches down. We got x-rays and nothing was found. I'm putting the boot on him because I need 3 weeks of rest but also a preventive measure. Slowing down a very active 12-year-old boy is a challenge by itself.

Really appreciate the detailed feedback. After talking with people this weekend with similar stories, Ive heard different methods for treatment. Some told me to put him in a boot for a couple weeks and rest. Ive also heard that he needs to play through the pain. The pain isnt something he can manage so I disagree with that path forward.

This is basically growth plate issues at the heel of your foot. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how can we speed up recovery time? Dr said its very common in active kids ages 8-13.
I’d go Phillys Jersey Hurts and slides ….shite Hurts tho ??

If you saw their 6&7 year old team at Traction this week then this might be a bait post....the owner of that organization made a complete fool of himself and scarred their reputation. Ask around locally and you will found out all you need to know. But i have a feeling you already know ??????????????????
Will it be acceptable to pull up my shirt over my face walking into small business? Tall tees making a come back if so
