Still out here north of downtown St. Amant. No estimate or really any fricking communication from Demco at all.

Hope you not connected the French Settlement substation. Demco saying that one was fried.

We just got back on this morning. Took 7 minutes from the time I saw the truck to lights on. Hope they get you fixed soon.

Power back on 621 between 44 and airline.

Side note, these new generators that run on propane or gas are pretty sweet

Power surrounds me. So I’m hopeful.

This happened to me. Call Entergy and follow the prompts to get a person, say “something else”. Tell them what’s going on. We had a blown fuse and they thought we were on. It was fixed the next morning in just a few minutes.

It’s close. Landry is powered up. Not sure where our feed comes from.

74 had two spots that I saw yesterday. A big tree across the lines down between the RR tracks and Coon Trap. The other was at the I10 overpass. Several small trees on the lines. Have these been cleaned up?

Neighbors on FB said a bunch of power trucks were looking at the lines on 73 towards Geismar. Hopefully soon since others around us are getting it back.

That one was being repaired yesterday

Not sure about that one. I’m in between the two.

Doesn’t really bother me. I haven’t been home enough to need much. Sleep outside at night to the hum of generators.

Kids and wife abandoned me after the storm. I may never tell them the power is back on.

Mine did the same. I live up 74 from you and got power back the day after they left. Needless to say, I was not rushing to the phone to make that announcement to them.

Who is responsible for cutting trees off power lines? I sort of figured it would be best to let utility crews do that, right? There's a couple of large trees on the lines near my mother's home on Robin Trail in St. Amant.
