But no, they are strangely quiet. They deserve the shite pay they get IMO. They are as useless as their salary would indicate. Nothing more than gov't funded babysitters.
You’ll deny it, but our entire faculty is in a GroupMe. When this was announced there, every single teacher was disappointed.

While you're spending time with your kids, just remember that teachers are pouring over online videos to assign and video chatting with administrators!

Seems like an easily verifiable claim.....

It could be a blessing in disguise. Kids won’t be able to eat and there will be less obesity!!!

Nah, most school systems are still providing meals for pick ups for their kids.

As a high school math teacher at a pretty good school, I was really hoping we would start back Monday, May 4th and go for the last 3 weeks. I much rather have normal school than this online/virtual/distance learning shite.

I believe most in our area gave that up after a week or so.

Teachers would appreciate that tax credit as well
I have no problem with that. You paid taxes you get the credits.

Probably so, they’re not going to make students repeat a grade.

know the answer is JBE wants more federal money and the way to do that is to keep schools closed, which keeps businesses from operating a full capacity, which allows for "economic loss" and the opportunity for federal funds. But these blanket orders are foolish.
It's very disappointing to me that the school superintendents sent their letter in advance of this to provide him cover.
I can only conclude that they don't believe their schools are very important.

Will private schools refund tuition for april and may?

I got one in private. Principal already told me no chance for a refund.

I would think the only private schools that would do a refund is if they aren’t doing online learning.

Are they doing online schooling?

Damm, that's some emotion brah. Want to show us on the doll where the teacher touched you, then maybe link the teachers Facebook?

Hello. I am a teacher and am in meetings everyday discussing how we are going to make up for lost time. I am concerned
