Why, then, does the NFL keep awarding its biggest game to N.O., tied for the most hosting in the history of the game?

What a dumb thread. New Orleans is an American treasure. Sorry you're a pussy.

I’ve never left Beauregard Parish in my 53 years of life and don’t intend to

I’ve been to a number of Final Fours. New Orleans is the best place to host one. Everything you need is within walking distance. It is just a very convenient/fun town for the fans.

Because the only thing the city has is a street filled with drunks and druggies where people walk up and down for hours to get drunk and spend money. Outside of that there is nothing. I don't think that I have ever looked on the back of a product that reads "Made in New Orleans" which is the reason the city has one of the highest crime rates in the country. Oh and the roads were actually better back in the day when people rode around on horses and carriages.
That’s fundamentally ignorant.

New Orleans needs a Republican mayor to end the WOKE nonsense down there.

This has a little truth if they wouldn't have ran the oil companies Houston wouldn't exist.

So you’ve never been to New Orleans? Or do you think Bourbon Street is the whole city?
The ignorant and intelligence deficient are so loud.

New Orleans kills it at hosting big events in the Super Dome.

I’ve lived in New Orleans for 60+ years. I’ve never been a victim of crime. I go out all the time but only visited bourbon st maybe 5 times in the last 10 years. Everything and everyplace in New Orleans is superior to bourbon st

Cool. Congrats on overpaying for coffee then.
And why do you think the National WW2 Museum is located in New Orleans? You think they just threw darts at a board and hit the Crescent City?
